Wrong Item in AIX Template

      AIX 5.x, AIX 6.x

      There is a wrong check Item "Checksum of /vmlinuz" in AIX Template
      The right one is "Checksum of /unix" - vfs.file.cksum[/unix]

      Every AIX installation has /unix kernel file.

      Please change Trigger as well.
