There is a wrong check Item "Size of /var/log/syslog - vfs.file.size[/var/log/syslog" in AIX Template.

Syslog software is not installed in AIX systems by default.

The file with errors is /var/adm/ras/errlog
The right content of this check Item is "vfs.file.size[/var/adm/ras/errlog"
