The OpenBSD column at http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/1.8/manual/config/items#supported_by_platform is only sparsely populated. However, in reality, a lot of items are actually supported on OpenBSD (or, at least, they have lots of code written for them). All items have to be properly tested and, if they work, marked as such in the documentation.
