frontend messaging should be improved :

1. superadmin should be able to edit messaging options for other users;

2. in user profile, if "GUI Messaging" checkbox is marked, it is not actually clear that the following options come from that checkbox - they should be somehow visually identified (maybe by indenting options themselves).
i don't like options jumping in and out of existence like that, but it would probably take too much time to convince anybody on that one
also, "GUI Messaging" should be renamed to "Frontend messaging"

3. it is not really clear how "Trigger severity" and "Play sound" options interact - for example, does a checkbox control only sound playing or also messages ?
most likely "Trigger severity" should be renamed to something like "Filter messages" or such (recovery message is not severity as well )
