locales.php defines several strings in the code, not in the locale file. additionally, it does that twice... and one of the versions is incorrect.

these string definitions should be moved to the locale file, and in the process it should be verified that file name hints are correct (en_gb instead of en-gb), as well as "ZABBIX" changed to "Zabbix"
