When I configure maintenance for host and host/service is still down after maintenance window closes, I don't get any notification about it.
I can see the issue on my dashboard, but no action is fired after maintenance period ends (No actions found).
When I don't use maintenance, actions are applied correctly.
This exact setup worked fine in Zabbix 1.8.2, so there must be some messup in 1.8.3.
