Unlinking a template from host leaves two records for application

      Two records for the same template are present after unlinking:

      To reproduce:

      • Create a template
      • Create application inside a template
      • Link a host to several templates including just created one (bug is present only if host has more that one template linked to it!)
      • Unlink the template (without "clear")

      Application will be still marked as templated in host application list. Two records will be present in DB.
