I created a disk server template that collects and graphs stats on various raid volumes (md1, md2, etc). On the different disk servers, these are mounted as different volumes (cora1, cora2, etc). I would like to be able to rename the templated graphs on each host to change the name, for example, from "IO Ops/s on m1" to "IO Ops/s on cora1".
