      BE CAREFUL !!!
      I changed file name corresponding to "The locale file name must be made of a prefix: "ISO 639-1 language code"_"ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code".
      New name is "uk_ua.inc.php" !!!

      Do not forget to correct the file 'include/locales.inc.php'
      'uk_ua'=> S_UKRAINIAN_UA,
