Cannot add simple graph to screen

Well, let's start the new year

Try to add simple graph.
In pop-up window for select the item we see many of errors:
Undefined index: [/usr/local/www/zabbix/popup.php:1178]

After click to item name the window is closed but item is not added to the screen resource settings.
