Distributed setup (using Proxies)
If trigger on master server cannot be evaluated against data received (or not received) from proxy server, Zabbix reports this problem in the log
e.g.
"Evaluation failed for function: nodata"
"Evaluation failed for function: max"
etc.
After several unsuccessful attempts, Zabbix stops receiving new data from the proxy server (or the proxy stops sending).
HOW CAN A FAILURE TO PROCESS A TRIGGER BREAK AN ENTIRE DISTRIBUTED SETUP?
