SLA is calculated not correctly.
In the "Monitoring->IT services" report SLA is calculated not correctly: it's value should be 72.50%, but in the report is displayed 100% (please see my attached screenshot "mon_itserv_incorrect_sla.JPG"). In the details report (screenshot "mon_itserv_sla_details.JPG") SLA is displayed correctly.
