"sqlite.sql" is changed to "sqlite3.sql". Manual should be corrected.

      In the rev 15284 name of generated file "sqlite.sql" is changed to "sqlite3.sql"
      I don't know where it better to correct the manual - 1.8 page or in the new 2.0 namespase.
