Fallback IPv6 to IPv4

      The agent tries IPv6, but does not appear to be switching back to IPv4 when IPv6 fails.
      This is (obviously) very bad behaviour. If there is a connectivity issue on IPv6, the agent should always use IPv4 to try to deliver data.

      Same goes for the server, if IPv6 fails try IPv4.
