active agent with log items uses much cpu if it is unable to connect to server

      Connections are attempted in a loop, so if a connection fails immediately (e.g., Zabbix agent tries to connect to Zabbix server running on the same machine), Zabbix agent starts to consume a lot of CPU (25%-35% on my system).
