1. User can manage a maintenance only if he has write access to all hosts of the maintenance (including all hosts of all maintenance host groups).

2. User can add host groups to a maintenance only if the group has all hosts with write access for the user

3. Unauthorized hosts will not appear in configuration of maintenances.
