potential race condition in host availability checking

      there seems to be some sort of a race condition where server can be declared unavailable twice in the same second.
      right after a server startup, following entries were logged :

      1254:20110329:051312.377 Zabbix host [host]: another network error, wait for 15 seconds
      1251:20110329:051312.385 Zabbix host [host]: first network error, wait for 15 seconds

      would this indicate of some sort of an issue with check distribution between the pollers ?
