Log file view (Time Navigate Bar) not show in webinterface (1.5.1)

      RHEL 4, apache 2.2.6, php 2.5.2

      In the GUI, if you see the history of a log item, the time navigation bar is not shown.

      This navigation bar is present in 1.1 (not sure in 1.4).

      Whiout that you can not view past logs (only modify the timeperiod in the url).
