Units blacklist for notification are ignored.

      We have units blacklist:
      http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/1.8/manual/web_interface/configuration#items
      They works in the GUI, but they are ignored for notification - instead of 18722 in the mail i see 18.72 Krpm
