compilation fails on OpenBSD and NetBSD: undefined reference to 'sigqueue'

      Daemon compilation is broken after ZBXNEXT-816 has been merged and is similar to ZBX-3936.

      Even though sigqueue() is defined in POSIX.1-2001, OpenBSD and NetBSD do not seem to implement it. (According to http://gnats.netbsd.org/40397, though, sigqueue() seems to have appeared in NetBSD in May 2011.)
