      notification report ignores daylight saving time. for example :

      14 Mar 2011 00:00 21 Mar 2011 00:00
      21 Mar 2011 00:00 28 Mar 2011 01:00
      28 Mar 2011 01:00 04 Apr 2011 01:00

      at some point it starts reporting periods not from midnight till midnight but from 01:00 till 01:00
