When using the api to get triggers filtered by application ids ,
I expect the list of all triggers related to items linked to these applicationids.
right now I get all the triggers for the hosts that re related to the application ids.

The attached patch is tested on 1.8.5, and should mostly apply to stable and 1.9 alpha
