Don't send "timeout while executing a shell script" as text item return value when UserParameter script timeout happens

      I find it very inconvinient when my text items history is getting spoiled by occasional "timeout while executiong a shell script" values.
      not only items history is losing its designated beauty, but this also needlessly complicates certain trigger expressions to avoid triggering on receiving such "invalid" values.

      proper way for agent is to return nothing in case of text item Userparameter script timeout.

      patch for agent 1.8.6 libs/zbxsysinfo/common/common.c is supplied.
