Please can you update the notes on the Upgrade procedure page - http://www.zabbix.com/documentation/1.8/manual/about/installation_and_upgrade?s[]=upgrade#upgrade_procedure

Its very vague about the Database upgrade - "1.3.6.6 Upgrade database"
For example if I am upgrading from 1.8.6 to 1.8.7, do I have to upgrade the database? The notes seem to indicate only 1.6 to 1.8 needs the database upgraded. Can that message be moved to just under the 1.3.6.6 heading?

What happens if you do make a change to the database in a minor version jump (e.g. 1.8.6 to 1.8.7) - how will we know to apply it ?
