get value from agent failed :cannot connect to <ip address>:10050: 4 interrupted system call

      the server running on windows 2003 R2 with zabbix agent 1.8.5 installed. it work for other like windows 2008 whether is on same ip address range and subnet or different ip address and subnet.any extra thing to to add on server or client side.
