I report this issue just for case.
Oracle instant client installed from official RPM packages (basic+devel parts) using alien utility.
./configure --enable-server --with-ldap --with-oracle --with-oracle-include=/usr/include/oracle/11.2/client64 --with-oracle-lib=/usr/lib/oracle/11.2/client64/lib
Result is Ok.

Without "--with-ldap" option zabbix_server compiles Ok --with-oracle support.
