"Undefined variable" error after adding conditions to the action "operation details" when using IE8 browser.

      After adding conditions to the action "operation details", in the Configuration->Actions->Operations report appears errors:

      Undefined variable: new_condition [actionconf.php:220]
      Invalid argument supplied for foreach() [api\classes\class.caction.php:1829]
