The documentation for the upcoming version 1.6 has a error in it. I have just performed an installation of Zabbix 1.5.4 today, and then new version of the manual states that the default username and password for the webinterface is "Admin" as username with no password. However, in order to login I had to use "zabbix" as password. This would probably be a good thing to get corrected before the release
