Clearer error message for macros with lower case letters in the name

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Enter a macro name in lower case
      • Error message: [{$asdf}]: Wrong macro

      The error message could be a bit clearer.

      Another idea:

      When you enter the macro name in Firefox on 1.8 (not on 2.0), it replaces every lower case character with it's uppercase counterpart. While this is just a browser artifact, it could be done in general with JS.
