Host popup menu can overlap the screen range, forcing user to scroll the page down to access all menu elements

      It may seem as neglible cosmetic issue, but it can be quite frustrating when user have to click bottom hosts names often in Dashboard's Last 20 issues table. Especially when lower web monitoring pane is collapsed.

      patch against 1.8.10 is attached.
