How to reproduce:
Use DM GUI with at least two configured nodes.
Create for every node at least one global macro.
Try to switch between nodes when you located at the global macro configuration page.
List of already added macros is not displayed.

I cannot reproduce similar problem for another parts at the page of General configuration, so it seems it's related to the global macros part only.
