Add a new template, go back, all previously entered data is lost.

The problem exists for many other forms as well. Please review all of them.

Also please check how it works in situation when one enters wrong data, presses 'Save' then enters correct data, presses 'Save' and goes back. Currently back button restores wrong data. It is absolutely unexpected and obviously misleading.
