SLA count is seems to be broken in 1.8.10.

I've updated Zabbix server installation from both 1.8.8 and 1.8.9 (on two identical servers) to 1.8.10 and faced that
calculateServiceAvailability function in include/services.inc.php does not work correctly. It returns 100 when, I suppose, it should return 0.

I've opened the forum thread first, now filling this bug report.
