Cannot full clone template if graph prototype axis item is set to item prototype.

Description

Create template with discovery rule, item prototype and graph prototype.
Set "Y axis MIN value" to "Item" and select item prototype for it.
Try to full clone that template, it fails.

(1) There's also a problem with normal graphs: when cloning a host the items, that are used for the Y axis are not replaced by new ones.

(2) Another issue: if a graph prototype on template uses an normal templated item for the Y axis, when you try to delete that template, you'll get the "Could not delete these items because some of them are used as MAX values for graphs. [CTemplate.delete -> CItem.delete -> CItemGeneral.checkGraphReference -> CItemGeneral.checkUseInGraphAxis]" error.
