When I am e.g. on the config page "Applications" and switch to "Items", the filter isn't reset correctly and often another host's items are shown.
When calling the "Items" page directly from the host list, it's OK. The difference is in the URL parameter "set_filter=1".

It can easily be seen on the different URLs:
http://<IP>/zabbix/items.php?hostid=10121&sid=bla — Not working link from other config page
http://<IP>/zabbix/items.php?filter_set=1&hostid=10121&sid=bla — Working link from host list
