Cannot create discovery rule. Frontend returns error.

"ERROR: Cannot add discovery rule"
"Incorrect arguments passed to function."

How to reproduce:
Templates -> TemplateXY -> Discovery -> Create Discovery Rule ->
Name: discovery-test
Type: SNMPv2 (does also happen for other types)
Key: ifIndex
OID: ifIndex
-> Save
