Error "Undefined index: value [actionconf.php:198]" when trying to add the same "Maintenance status" condition to the same action

      Error "Undefined index: value [actionconf.php:198]" when trying to add the same "Maintenance status" condition to the same action in the Configuration->Actions->Triggers report

      Moreover, it should NOT be possible to add several "Maintenance status" conditions to the same action.
