I have 5 child nodes that all roll up to a single master node in a distributed setup. When I modify an action on the master for a child node, it appears to work correctly from the parent node's perspective but when I view the action on the child node, there are no conditions and no actions defined.

also, when an action of a child node is cloned on the master, it is cloned to the master, not the child. This seems wrong.
