splitting out 37/38 of ZBX-3531

current error messages don't really tell what it is that they don't like.
if we had both triggers and custom graphs in an xml, we wouldn't know which type is causing the trigger import failure message. the message should print out at least the context where we are encountering the data that it doesn't like.
