No vertical scrollbar in the "Error details" in case of long error message when there is "Error in query [INSERT INTO items..." error

      When in the error details there is "Error in query [INSERT INTO items ..." error, vertical scrollbar in the error details will be not visible on the screen while we will not
      scroll the whole window to the right using windows horisontal scroll bar. For more details please see attached screenshot.
