frontend cannot read some style sheets

      Place of some style sheets are changed in 2.0.0rc3, so frontend cannot read some style sheets.

      From apache error log:

      File does not exist: /usr/share/zabbix/styles/themes/default.css, referer: http://172.16.157.143/zabbix/dashboard.php
      File does not exist: /usr/share/zabbix/styles/themes/css_ob.css, referer: http://172.16.157.143/zabbix/dashboard.php
