Escalation to multiple groups does not work anymore.
See attachment for action-details:
- both step1 operations are identical
- both groups of the step1 operations contain multiple users
- both groups contain a user with configured sms address and jabber adress
- the action audit shows that a certain user of "Support team...." got a jabber message and a sms message
- the action audit shows that a certain user of "Unix administrators" got a jabber message but not a sms message
- notifications in other actions to the "Unix administrators" group works properly with that users
- if i add the sms address to the "Support team...." group...the notification works properly
It seems that there is something wrong in the action-escalation logic...
Please let me know, how i can debug this/provide debug information....
