      if a passive proxy in a server is configured to point to another zabbix server (or the same), logfile is filled up with

      Host availability data from active proxy on [127.0.0.1] failed: missing name of proxy

      easiest way to reproduce - add a passive proxy with ip address of 127.0.0.1

      opening the issue after a quick discussion of sasha - maybe there's some way to detect this and have some better behaviour
