I've been experiencing an annoying issue with our MySQL DB where every so often (could be a few times a day or many many times a day). There are two queries that I always see stuck in the DB processlist whenever the issue occurs (and they are the only ones that ever show up in the slow query log as queries that take longer than 10 seconds). The slow query log for those queries is attached.

I have also attached my MySQL my.cnf file (for reference).

I would think this is a hardware issue (and not report a bug on it), but if it were hardware I would not expect to find only the queries I mentioned stuck in the processlist (no other queries show up when the problem happens) every single time the problem occurs. I'm really wondering if there is something underlying wrong with the DB schema or perhaps these queries, so I thought I would turn to the experts to verify things are OK from the Zabbix code side.
