      Error while upgrading from 1.4.6 to 1.6:
      ERROR 1061 (42000) at line 144: Duplicate key name 'httptest_httptest_1'
      Line 144: CREATE INDEX httptest_httptest_1 on httptest (applicationid);
      Index httptest_httptest_1alredy exists, but on httptest(httptestid). DB upgradet from v1.1.
