if some errors occur during the export, user doesn't know that - zabbix happily provides the xml. errors are only written in the xml.

this is somewhat dangerous, as user might not verify that the xml is not broken, and there's no indication of that at all.

if errors happen during the export, export must fail with a message to user, api call also must fail (and never give the "fake" xml)
