No GUI messaging

      How to enable GUI messaging? Profile "GUI Messaging" is enabled and sound enabled for all trigger severities, but I do not get any messages/sound while triggers changed.
      I found in docs
      > in the GUI global notification pop-up window sounds also should be enabled
      Where is this GUI global notification pop-up window?

      We have also 1.8.8 with working GUI messaging and sounds.
