2.0.0rc3 -> 2.0.0rc4 cannot not export / import templates

      Exported a few templates from 2.0.0rc3 and tried to import them into 2.0.0rc4

      Fails with the following message:

      Undefined index: templateid [api/classes/CTemplate.php:1271]
      You do not have permission to perform this operation.

      The same template works fine on another fresh 2.0.0rc3 installation.
