I created items inside a template using external check. for item name, I used macro to have a dynamic name. resolution is not working correctly:
item configuration :
Name : ActiveThreadsCount - AS1 server0 - $6
Key : jmx2sap.sh["/Kernel/Application Threads Pool/ActiveThreadsCount","

{HOST.IP1}

:{$JAVA_P4PORT1}",{$JAVA_USER},{$JAVA_PASS},{$JAVA_ID1}50,

{HOST.DNS1}]

=> when assigning template to host, item name macro ($6) is resolved by {HOST.DNS1}

instead of real hostname (see graph picture attached)
