I enabled host auto-registration as per the instructions here: http://www.zabbix.com/wiki/howto/config/autoregister. In the auto registration action, I assigned the "Template OS Linux" template to all auto-registered hosts. I get all the template Applications/Items/Graphs/Triggers and Discovery from the template enabled on the registered hosts, but for some reason none of the discovery items (etc) are being created.

I created a "Free disk space in %" discovery item prototype for one of the auto-registered hosts, and it started returning the correct value, so it's not like the system CAN'T collect the data. It just doesn't seem to create the items, graphs and so on, based on the discovery prototypes in the template.
